@mekkaokereke actually this is a classic problem with poorly organized remote/distributed work. Especially the part where meetings crowd the calendar because no one has any idea what anyone else is doing, and the less coordinated it gets the more time people spend in meetings, which doesn’t solve the problem and only wastes ppls time and makes them exhausted.
