It's interesting bc I've been part of orgs with lots of meetings but also orgs that try to avoid meetings like the plague - e.g., everything should be a wiki doc, JIRA issue, email, etc.

I preferred tthe latter env more but also wondered if this resulted in #neurodivergent individuals strong-arming neurotypicals into their preferred form of communication (with historically, neurodivergents being strong-armed)

And if so where one finds a fair balance. ?
