As an artist I hated fluorescent tubes, even the ones designed for artists had discrete emission lines that meant any work I did after dark had to be checked in daylight. CFLs were much worse.. LEDs feel like emerging into less alien illumination by comparison. I'm used to wavelength graphs, so CRI and CIE Ra are new to me. Human eye sees 380-800 nanometres. This chart gives me what I need:
