@erinbanks Ugh, the bad kind of entitlement.

To be fair, though, I've known multiple physicians who expect patients to contort their schedules around the single time slot available three months from now, and who will then keep that patient waiting in an exam room for over an hour with no explanation. Neither behavior is acceptable or respectful of another's time.
