Thinking about the audacity a patient who scheduled another meeting thirty minutes after the start time for the virtual visit with me today, who was so incredulous about the fact that I was running behind (unfortunate reality and also unavoidable) and literally told staff “she can rearrange her schedule to see me at 2:30 today.”
I’m sorry, you don’t respect my schedule, but expect me to respect yours?
