@allinone0 @shebang @PINE64 basically no because it's just held together with glue. the properly sealed ones are slightly water resistant.
there probably is a smart watch that is rated for abuse. i have not seen one.
downside to a gshock is after 7 years you need a new CR2032 and it's easy to lose the sound spring meaning your watch never beeps anymore :blobcatpain:
