i read graf's statement quite differently.
basically, he's saying he works all day and if he was (a woman) and had a bean he would be flicking it, ad nauseum, and getting very little work done.
Bot, on the other hand, claims to be woman, refuses to show belly and obviously neglects her bean because she doesn't seem to do much work.
