p.p.s. You don't have to order books from giant online retailers. Small independent physical bookshops can get pretty much any book you want, and will let you know when it arrives.

All you have to do is tell the bookshop the name of the book and the author(s), they'll get it from their wholesaler and the profits will be supporting a small indie business instead of a big near-monopoly.
