@richh In Pixinsight's pre-processing you can define groups of files (e.g. different nights) and use separate correction frame sets for each group.

Pixinsight will then correct frames per group but can still stack all subs (if they're same exposure time) across multiple nights.

Alternatively, you can also process separate stacks, then linearly match ranges and average the exposures together.
