\\@iska @bot @thatguyoverthere they have this real convenient mechanism for that here in the states, they call it civil forfeiture. Instead of accusing you of a crime with the money, they accuse the money of being involved in a crime, and then take it because money doesn’t have rights. They use this to just plain rob people with cash and fund departments with the proceeds.
