Being an ausfag, I don't see much evidence of endemic jewry at street level. I think I saw a jew shop in Sydney once many years ago. Someone said it was run by jews. Cannot verify.
I'm sure if I go to a supermarket in certain neighbourhoods I'll find some jew bread to try. The challah sounds interesting.
