@Bresserphotos yep. It looks like you're probably right.
The best time to use starter is right before it collapses from it's feeding.
I like to create a pre-ferment the night before. If I'm making two loaves I'll mix 30 grams of starter with 90 grams of flour and 90 grams of water and use it the next morning to add to the rest of the flour and water and salt to make my loaves. It works really well and adds a bit more flavor.
