Just enough to say "Hi, I'm real", although including "and I like this kind of stuff and I post about this other kind of stuff" will make you more interesting to other people. But without a profile and some sort of post, you won't have a very fun experience - there's people (including me) who block followers who don't have those things after a reasonable amount of time.
