Zero major data loss instances on FSE, running continuously since 2018. Except the upload problem a long time back (which was a problem with rsync, not Postgres), we've never lost data. This is more than I can say for btrfs, which does seem to lose data.

It's only slow because of that missing index, which is no longer missing.
