Asahi Linux is promoting a solution for shiny hardware that doesn't really work on a budget either. I don't think that's a good example. We should be promoting solutions for non-shiny hardware, open source hardware solutions like say PinePhone and the open source systems it supports like Plasma Mobile. These need to grow into its own instad of supporting proprietary shiny hardware platforms from OEMs that have a continious history of shafting its users.
