Okay, obviously I wasn't clear enough in the guide, really sorry about that! :/

I will try to re-write the guide soon.

You would need access to the old account to get the CSV files.

(By the way, whatever you do, it's a good idea to leave the old account in existence so it can redirect to your new account.)
