When my wife and I announced our engagement the most common reply we got was “Why, you’re still so young!” I remember one of my fellow NCO’s asking me why I was getting married, and he was genuinely surprised when I said because I loved her.
There is definitely an agenda to keep young people from marrying and starting traditional families, just as there is against Christ and his church.
