@whvholst @BarrenPlanet @rysiek Of course there can, because humans can communicate in various ways. We have shared understandings of the same world and shared language to facilitate exactly knowledge transfer.
Crucially though that transfer is very much not perfect. It is contingent, it fails constantly, and it is deeply grounded in the world and our experience of it, as well as our social context.
Computational models are not grounded, not bodied, and have no social context.
