In some contexts I'm entirely comfortable with my medical data (including DNA) being used but I'd never do a 23andme because they're a corporation that isn't trustworthy and could turn around and use it elsewhere (as well as data for researchers, something I'd support in another context but not from a corporation like 23andme).
