how is the energy sector and real estate socialized tho

last time i checked Energy was being traded at the exchange, and real estate was used to trade and as non-depreciating assets

sure both are tied up in a lot of beurocracy
but they're not "socialized"

where tf is my gouvernment funded energy/plot of land then
