    @session second question: you had claimed in our previous exchange with me that adding the blockchain to the OXEN protocol was necessary to defend the network from attacks by well-resourced adversaries.

    I have asked you directly how does it improve the situation over, say, Tor? Is blockchain and the $OXEN *necessary* for Session to run on? Why?
