Anyway,
my basic notion on Barlow’s historical declaration is something like the above.

Thinking like that,
listening to this podcast,
I thought, counterculture and thoughts by Stewart Brand-“great spinning-off” of visions of “cybernetics(Wiener, Bateson etc)” that was originally military research during the WWⅡ
can be thought of as the origin of today’s “adversarial interoperability.”
Needless to say, Barlow is familiar with Brand’s idea.
