@Sujiyan 確かに中国本土においても楽観視はできないと思います。しかしながら「法の支配」自体は，中華人民共和国政府においても，公式に反対できない状況であり，法の支配の内容に対し独自の解釈を加えることで，なんとかしのいでいるという状況であるのも事実です。
サーバー空間におけるいろんな試みが，世界標準の「法の支配」を実現することになるのではという期待も持っています。

I have the hope that various attempts in the cyberspace will lead to the realization of a global standard for the "rule of law".
