@LC567 there are two "not good" in Japanese. 苦手な(にがてな)and下手な(へたな).
苦手(な)is used when you are not good at it AND you don't like it very much, which means your negative feeling in it. However, if you say 下手(な), you mean just your "technique". For example, you are not good at swimming but you may like it very much!
So, as I hope you like Japanese language, you may say まだ日本語が下手です.
