日本語より英語のほうが絶対簡単だという英語人(大人でも子どもでも)にはAnxious と Anxietyと紙に書いて読ませる。なんで発音が違うんだ、というと黙る。-ious と-ietyという違う語尾がくっついているから、というちょっと考えた答えを言ったら、「じゃなんでアンとエンというその前の発音まで違っちゃうんだ?」と訊くともう答えられない。

@LC567 there are two "not good" in Japanese. 苦手な(にがてな)and下手な(へたな).
苦手(な)is used when you are not good at it AND you don't like it very much, which means your negative feeling in it. However, if you say 下手(な), you mean just your "technique". For example, you are not good at swimming but you may like it very much!
So, as I hope you like Japanese language, you may say まだ日本語が下手です. -

@gaby English spelling and pronunciation is definitely hard/crazy. *I used google translate so I hope I am responding correctly. まだ日本語が苦手です。
