@jonpainterphoto My instructor in Criminal Law was Julian Eule, a brilliant young lecturer who later died of chronic illness, long before his time. At the end of the course, he told us that after his 1L Crim exam at Harvard, a friend asked, "What did you think of the felony murder problem?" To which he gasped and cried in anguish, "I THOUGHT IT WAS ATTEMPT!" He was inconsolable, convinced he would fail (but he didn't, obviously). His advice to us was, "Don't talk about the exam."
