And I'd rather avoid misunderstandings entirely, specially because not all communication forms are two-way and detecting misunderstanding is kind of hard.

The JS isn't required. As for cloudflare… just block them (how-to: https://hacktivis.me/articles/blocking%20cloudflare%20IP-range%20be%20like ), use archive.org or something when it's an actual website and that's it, you don't have to make it annoying.
