I don't wish employees of these organizations ill at all, but much legacy media has been thrashing about for years without figuring things out (relying on something like Twitter is a thing, but not a good thing that one should prop their business on). The situation is fairly awful, and hopefully more new media types grow and flourish and continue to provide a notion to the dinosaurs how to provide news these days (and I think there's a long way to go there).
