Long version:
That's a pretty reasonable opinion and I agree. I did a 3000ish page deep dive into transgenderism that inadvertantly began with the book "Countdown" that Mark Corbett mentioned in one of his deep dive episodes, and it seems like the last 60 years of multi-national research backs up the idea that it's a very small percentage of men who are wired with a tendency towards homosexuality, but abuse and trauma can contribute to it after birth. Both Debora Soh and the author of "Countdown" headed towards the conclusion (but shut it down without explanation) that fetal exposure to environmental toxins was driving the modern era increase in identification as homosexual. Dr Swanson even mentions that Bis-S (if I recall correctly, I lent the book out, so I can't check my notes) was causing pregnant workers in a particular factory in South America exposed to the chemical to almost certainly always have homosexual sons.
First trimester exposure to plasticizers, fire retardants, and artificial fragrances have been proven over and over again to disrupt brain development related to both future sex-hormone production and sex-specific neural pathways in animals and humans.
