🏴 Lispegistus 🧠➕🖥️@nova I started my serious programming education essentially through the Y Combinator media ecosystem(Hackers&Painters, PG's essays, Hacker News, PGs twitter) in the late 00s, and even picked my favorite language to this day(lisp) that way. The assumptions and worldview of SV is my starting off point. Deprogramming from all that and going back(but this time less naively) to my teen punk/anarchist/FSF roots took a while but was worth it. I'm a better techie for it.
