@nova I feel like most of the grind culture people at the large companies dont even really understand how options cap tables and RSUs work. Id say they should educate themselves, but since its all a sham anyway, possibly theyre making the most efficient use of their energy
Im curious to know whether you would have done anything differently if you knew then what you know now. Do you think the learning curve is inevitable for marginalized or 'othered' people as part of the toehold process?
