Kata learning, 15 minutes
Run with dog, play with dog, 60 minutes
I might do this more often, adding some more steady state cardio and sprints to life by just running my dog ragged.
She has this game she likes to play, we call it "keep away." She bites down on a ball or rope and runs around with it, expecting you to chase her until you catch her - and then it's tug of war, you have to remove the object from her mouth by strength and wit. It's a fun way to get lots of sprinting and a bit more creative pulling exercises - good for the lats and biceps!
