I think you're confusing "brain" with "phenomenal states". Unless you have a screw top skull and really good eyesight, I don't think you can say how your "brain" is "operating' after drinking alcohol.
Further, even if some change is visible, it doesn't establish cause, as you know nothing about brains or the velocity of causation, or even what cause is, generally.
And even if there was apparent change, that doesn't mean the operation isn't "the same". Does your ram operate different when you open word vs outlook? Not really. It operates exactly as it should. The same as it always has.
See your problem is that your theory is shit. You don't know the difference between a brain and a thought, you don't know what causal chains you are alleging, you don't even know what "operated" or "same" means.
