I've tried out pretty much every keyboard at Yodobashi Akiba and even went to YushaKobo and the silent 45g Topre boards felt without a doubt the best to type on (only Blues and their copycats holding up because that's what I'm used to). A nice and chonky resistance when pressing down that slowly eases until you reach the actuation point about half-way down. Very sturdy too, no rattling at all. I can definitely understand why there's a cult around these keyboards!
What I can't understand is how people tolerate completely linear switches that seem to be used in like 95% of all boards. No feedback at all until you suddenly bottom out! How is that supposed to be pleasant to type on? :shiro_confused2:
