The feds are teeing up some easy home runs for constitutional challenges and the failure of guys like Torba to even swing should subject them to civil liability from the user side.
Even if the black-letter law says "dox required," any provider can stand on muh Constitution. Make the feds argue that the magic paper is fake and gay and make SCROTUS eat that shit sandwich publicly.
