@mirabilos @dalias @Em0nM4stodon I appreciate reducing e-waste, but in terms of power efficiency that's still really bad.

And if you'd share that machine with a lot of other tenants, you'd run through the hardware much quicker, while also making it more efficient in the process.

Again, I appreciate homelabs and all, but decentralization isn't very efficient unfortunately, unless you're running it on your own solar panels at home (which I do happen to be doing)
