@lanodan @TindrasGrove as I understand, it's quite a common thing for unhoused people to go through this cycle:

* get shitty prepaid phone
* sign up for accounts with SMS 2FA
* be required to use those accounts to access benefits
* get caught in an encampment sweep, and all their shit including their phone gets thrown away
* oops, they can't access their 2FA any more
* ...get shitty prepaid phone and create all new accounts
