It's not about that. All the dissolution of the state, of oversight, of regulations, is not about establishing authoritarianism but about to facilitate self-enrichment, about creating not that much a <em>system</em> but a <em>style</em> of corruption in which the difference between "public policy" and "private venality" becomes impossible to be made. <br><br>
