the idea of being a “company man” is retarded when, statistically, every single operation out there will jew you on pay and replace you with a jeet in a heartbeat in order for the owner and senior managers to afford a bigger boat next year, and that’s the corrosive fluid that destroys any ability to operate a firm; from a purely game-theoretic sense, you are a complete idiot and are going to lose if you don’t defect first, and what we see around us is the result of everyone being implicitly or explicitly aware of that
