what does that mean? that others are creating fake accounts with their names to cast doubt on their actual ones? that they've set up additional accounts that haven't been verified (yet?), because haters often report and flag their legitimate accounts? that someone else is replicating their posts, including their fundraisers?

I trust Gaza Verified's vetting process. I encourage people who can help the people behind vetted accounts to do so. I discourage conflation of vetted accounts with nonvetted ones. Direct your healthy distrust to those who deserve it.
