That’s a good question; I can’t honestly say for sure. If it is, they’re definitely pulling out all the stops and investing big time and energy into making it seem basically sincere.

While I have a few guesses, I’d imagine a non-zero percentage of PFs members are government employees of some sort, ie Forest Service. Probably some (ex)-military types.
