@steter Like I'm not joking, People just randomly stopping (basically all bridges and tunnels have signposted parking bans as do motor vehicle roads and highways per default.

• Plus towing companies can just tow misparked / illegally parked vehicles on public roads at their own expense and impound them until the costs have been paid.
