    @kemotep @AwoogaGeneral As a former manager, FUCK performance reviews. Fuck 'em. They're yet another way companies cheat workers out of paying them fairly. Do not play their fucking game. Lie through your god damn teeth. Rate yourself as highly as possible across the board, and make a pact with all of your coworkers to rate each other as "regularly exceeds expectations" or whatever as well.

    I had several strong employees, and I was FORBIDDEN from giving them all the top rating. It's a scam.
