@deprecated_ii isn't the benefit to Lithium Iron Phosphate batteries more the fact that they don't have horrible catastrophic failures, compared to the other types of lithium batteries.
I don't think it's more about muh efficiency and braking.
It's more due to a reduction in the chance of becoming a flaming fireball.
