@protos @RustyCrab @syzygy @vii @p @mischievoustomato big question is why would i use rust ❓starts with the ecosystem where you have a centralized package registry. you aren't politically correct enough? did something "wrong"? package name gets taken away by glowies, cf. left-pad fuckup.

go did take long to get their packaging stuff, there was some mild drama, but it resulted in getting things right 90%.

hell i'd rather use a language with NO official package management instead of a registry.
