He created both an elevator ad and a web site advertising a fictional ghost hunting society centered around the office building itself. And Michael paid for and ran the ad in the office elevator successfully. He also bumped into the company CEO while riding the elevator up and down for ten minutes, hoping to catch his own ad.
Apparently other folks in the building visited the ghost hunting society site having seen the ad (Michael tracked all the visitors).
