     I will write up the whole saga and put it on my website. But ultimately the building decided against it because they’re a bunch of humorless people. I never cashed my refund check.

     @mattl @danhon Ah, did you know @mjandersen did this for April Fool’s Day in 2018?

     He created both an elevator ad and a web site advertising a fictional ghost hunting society centered around the office building itself. And Michael paid for and ran the ad in the office elevator successfully. He also bumped into the company CEO while riding the elevator up and down for ten minutes, hoping to catch his own ad.

     Apparently other folks in the building visited the ghost hunting society site having seen the ad (Michael tracked all the visitors).

     @mattl I'm surprised the ad company (I assume the building management?) accepted the ad with clearly copyright infringed material on it.
