Lauren Weinstein@darnell Getting a certified birth certificate in some areas is both complicated, time consuming, and expensive. In some areas, it requires multiple personal visits to locations that people without easy access to transport or with health issues limiting movement can't do. In some areas the documentation required to even get a certified birth certificate is complicated. I'm sorry, you're just wrong on this one.
