@PNS @BroDrillard I'm not sure if they can, genetically speaking. The problem runs pretty deep with a really unfortunate mix of poor impulse control, aggression, low IQ, and testosterone levels. It's pretty bad and not likely to get bred out of them if half-nig statistics are anything to go by.

I want to say there was an AmRen video going over it a bit but I'd never be able to track it down.
