@HebrideanHecate A newborn doesn't have a sexual orientation because a newborn doesn't have the capacity to consent to sexual activity. Neither does a newborn have the capacity to decide on his or her *gender identity* (whatever this is).
I have concerns about adults who think this is useful and important information. It suggests an unhealthy interest in newborns, specifically their sexuality, their ideological stance on a political matter, and potential mental health issues.
Health Secretary - Please let us know the names of these adults; who designed the questions, authorised their implementation and the payment. I think we should know who they are and why you agreed to this happening.
Otherwise we may have to draw our own conclusions.
